It is just something that I love doing and since my days in high school, I have been scoring from freekicks. I usually train on freekicks alone and that has been one of my strong points since when I was in High School. For me, if I train on 10 and only score one, that is usually my motivation and what I carry into the game,” Muchiri told the club’s portal. Muchiri scored a beautiful freekick to level the scores against Gor Mahia, leaving K’Ogalo’s custodian Gad Matthews no chance on his set-piece in the 55th minute at Ruaraka. That was the second time he was scoring from a freekick this season, having scored against Western Stima last month, coincidentally in the 55th minute also and at the same venue.⚽️| Here are the goals from the victory over Western Stima this afternoon.#KenyaMilele #Brewers4Life pic.twitter.com/9ie4XJynVH— Tusker FC (@tusker_fc) June 23, 2021 The forward joined Tusker from Sony Sugar in 2017.
