After taking last year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. Girls’ Junior is back in action this week.
Columbia Country Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland, outside of Washington, D.C. plays host this week to 156 of the world’s best female junior golfers, with 13 countries and 33 states represented.
After two rounds of stroke play the field will be cut to 64 players, followed by five rounds of match play to crown a champion. Winners earn an exemption into the U.S. Women’s Amateur, U.S. Women’s Open and the Augusta National Women’s Amateur.
