New dates will be announced later.“After Rwanda’s withdrawal, it became difficult to rearrange the schedule in a way that would satisfy all the participants and still have a competitive competition. Organisers confirmed the postponement on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, as the tournament which was initially slated to kick off on July 17, 2021, was postponed and would take place from July 24 to August 5, 2021, in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire.
