KCB head coach Zedekiah Zico Otieno has lamented over what he believes are increasing cases of poor officiating in the league and wants the head honchos to take action to curb the vice as the end of the season nears.A number of Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) coaches have complained over officiating in recent weeks. Immediate former Gor Mahia coach Manuel Vaz Pinto, AFC Leopards head coach Patrick Aussems, Nzoia keeper trainer Peter Mwaura, and Western Stima’s Abdalla Juma are some of the coaches who have chided match officials in recent weeks after key decisions went against them.Zico has now joined them in calling for FKFPL to address the increasing cases of refereeing controversy in the league with seven rounds of matches left before the 2020/21 seasons come to a close.”It’s important at this stage of the league that the referees should try and do something positive. Because it’s very unfair when your decision as a referee denies teams points or makes other teams lose.
