Eagle City held on for a crucial win despite the late pressure.The win is now second in a row for Eagle City in the ongoing Mihang’o FKF Sub-County league after a narrow one nil win over Vatican Fc last weekend.Speaking after the match, Eagle City tactician Kibet praised his boys for the efforts they put up and ensuring that they walked away with the three maximum points.“I think today my boys played extremely well and that’s why we won the game and I’m very happy that our efforts were eventually rewarded”.Kibet urged his players to continue working hard and show a fighting spirit as they still have a long way to go.The win has left Eagle City second in the table standings with eight points, one point behind league leaders Rising City.Saturday 31st July fixtures will see Eagle City lock horns with Millan at their home ground whereas Small Simba will be action with Deportivo Leon at Embakasi girls.
