Tusker midfielder Faraj Odenyi had vowed to perfectly fit in the void left by Ugandan import Hashim Sempala who parted ways with the club on Tuesday following the expiry of his contract. I am ready to fill Sempala’s shoes should the coach consider me for playing time. It is an opportunity I have been waiting for and I am glad to capitalize on it and prove something to the bench and help the team win matches,” he said.Besides taking up the role held by the former Gor midfielder, Faraj said he braced up to play a role in helping the club win all the six rounds and deliver the league title.
