Kenyan international Joseph Okumu could be in line to make his European debut with his new KAA Gent side in the UEFA Europa Conference League tonight against after he was included in the travelling party determined to get the job done against Norwegian opponents Valeranga in the second leg being played on Thursday night at the Intility Arena (Oslo).Since signing for the Belgian outfit on 20th June, Okumu made his debut for the side in the opening day of the Belgian Pro League season where his team went down 2-1 against St. Truiden in a league match. In the match that was played on Sunday, 25th July, the Harambee Stars featured for the full length of the game as he played in a back three.Four days on, Okumu will be hoping that he can follow his first feature for the club with another debut in the European competition.
