A lawsuit against Kroenke a chance for Ek’s Arsenal takeover

When you own two clubs, the profit doubles, but also problems. And American millionaire Stank Kroenke is currently experiencing problems in both of his clubs: Arsenal in England and Los Angeles Rams in USA (American football). The lawsuit concerning his American club is something that lifelong Arsenal fan Daniel EK is seeing as a potencial chance in his bid to buy the English club.Ek will launch another bid for Arsenal, but Kroenke will reject it againKroenke’s American club, Los Angeles Rams is doing good, and making a healthy profit, but he is still being sued. Rams have started their life in Cleveland in 1936, before moving to Los Angeles until 1994. They moved to St. Louis and stayed there for the next 20 years, before they came back to Los Angeles. But, the city of St. Louis sued NFL and Kroenke, asking over 1 billion USA dollars in damage. The lawsuit argues that the league and the Rams violated internal relocation procedures in authorizing the return of the Rams to Los Angeles. What is worse for Kroenke is that a telephone call recording surfaced, in which Kroenke informs league commissioner that he will buy the land in LA and build a stadium there, way before he actually confirmed the move.St Louis suing NFL for $1Billion in damages saying it failed to follow NFL relocation policy & use good faith efforts to keep the Rams in home market. Goodell admitted under oath that policy was mandatory. Evidence shows owners/staff in secret talks to build LA stadium. 👇 https://t.co/194MCopVvr— Amy Dash (@AmyDashTV) July 14, 2021 This lawsuit is likely finish in a proper jury trial, starting in January 2020, and if he looses, the amount could be huge. And with no real wish from Kroenke family to sell Arsenal, this trial might be the only real chance for Danel Ek.The Swedish millionaire and Spotify owner conformed a that included the expertise of Patrick Vieira, Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp, and informed the world that he will try to buy the London based club after the Super League fiasco and fan protests outside the Emirates. Kroenke swiftly refused do sell to Ek (or anybody else) rejected his first bid and announced he will refuse any more bids in the future. Now Ek feels that the possible bad outcome of the St, Louis lawsuit might change his mind. Billionaires don’t like loosing money.
