Nzoia Sugar FC are facing a serious battle to keep some of their star players with other FKF Premier League clubs drooling over their emerging stars who have impressed in the FKF Premier League this campaign. The Bungoma based club has rightfully earned a reputation of producing good unknown talents over the years but have struggled to keep them as other teams with bigger financial muscles often hurriedly scooped them shortly after they emerge. Some of the talents the team is currently battling to keep include midfielder Kevin Juma who made his Harambee Stars debut against Togo, Hillary Simiyu who joined the team in February and has since scored seven league goals, goalkeeper Humphrey Katasi, right-back Moses Mudavadi who joined the team at the start of the season from Bandari, midfielder Gaetan Masha, and defenders Elvis Ronack and Gabriel Wandera.Simiyu is wanted by the likes of Ulinzi Stars, Kariobangi Sharks and Tusker FC, Juma is wanted by the Brewers as well, Mudavadi is a Posta Rangers target, Ronack is wanted by Biashara FC of Tanzania while Gabriel Wandera is being tracked by Bidco United.Looks like all FKF PL teams want to sign players from Nzoia Sugar FCThis team keeps producing good players and the good thing is their salaries are up to date.
