We definitely want to retain Miheso because he is a quality player and talks over a renewal are ongoing, I hope he will continue with us,” he told Mozzart Sport. Miheso joined Gor Mahia in August 2019 after parting ways with Portuguese side, Olimpico do Montijo. He has been a key player for Gor and won the 2020 title with the record league champions. Miheso has previously turned out for Thika United, Sofapaka, and AFC Leopards in the FKF Premier League. Outside the country, he has played for Golden Arrows in South Africa, Buildcon FC of Zambia, and VPS in Finland.Should he exit, he will become the third major departure from Gor Mahia in recent weeks after former captain Kenneth Muguna left for Azam FC of Rwanda while Charles Momanyi terminated his contract and is set to join league leaders Tusker FC.
