Muguna relishing the Azam challenge

Former Gor Mahia stalwart Kenneth Muguna who recently completed a marquee move to Tanzanian giants Azam FC has opened up to adapting to life at the 2014 league champions.Muguna dealt a huge blow to Gor Mahia after jumping ship before the end of the season but was instrumental in their FKF Cup triumph after getting one better of arch-rivals AFC Leopards in the final to end their nine-year wait for the trophy.I am delighted to join the best club in Tanzania🇹🇿Thanks to my management Majestic companySee you soon💙 pic.twitter.com/lZFYkiNOFp— Kenneth Muguna Mugambi (@KennethMuguna10) July 21, 2021 The 25-year-old has already linked up with the side and has been undergoing early pre-season at the Chamazi Complex alongside new signings ahead of the new Tanzanian Premier League and the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers.Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Muguna revealed that the Azam management has accorded him a warm welcome to ease his transition from Kenya to Tanzanian but admitted that he might encounter challenges in settling in a new environment.”It has been great out here, so far I knew it was going to be challenging to adapt but I am ready to face the challenges and adjust to the situation as soon as possible,””I have not struggled about anything since.
