It is an away game but that’s not an issue because Covid made us play nearly all our games away. It’s not a big deal and we will go there to win, the Western Region is home,” he told Mozzart Sport. Mururi further raved over his team’s display of string character to fight from a goal down to beat the Bankers in Mumias. “The boys pushed themselves well, we responded well to conceding an early goal, and it was a show of strong character from my players, all the departments worked well and that’s why we got this win,” he added. “This was an important win because it revives our chances of remaining in the league. We have been throwing chances away and today was no different, we threw away a couple but luckily we got the points,”
