NSL Wrap: Promotion chasing Police and Kisumu All Stars heap pressure as Kibera Black Stars falter

With less than five games to go before the National Super League (NSL) season wraps up, Kibera Black Stars’ hopes of at least making it to the promotion places were handed a further blow as they fell to an eleventh defeat of the season in round 36 matches played on Monday. Kenya Police on the other hand managed to push themselves back into third place, the last promotion position, as they fought for a point in Kakamega. John Wonder had fired for Bullets in the 26th minute at home but the late strike ensured it is Police who benefitted at their expense.
