Mutanda begins hunt for new home after leaving KCB

Immediate former KCB forward Ian Mutanda has kicked off the search for a new club after bidding the bankers farewell following the expiry of his contract.Mutanda ran out his two-year long deal with the league runner up last weekend and has confirmed that he will not be extending his stay at the club thanks to lack of playing time. The lanky forward arrived at the Ruaraka based club in 2019 after starting in the National Super League with Kisumu All Stars where he hit double digits to help the latter gain promotion to top flight football. He however found life at the big stage rough as he warmed the bench for the better part of the two seasons he was attached to KCB owing to the competition from experienced forwards.Mutanda says he is open to offers precisely from top flight clubs and even beyond borders even as he continues to keep fit at Baba Ndogo grounds ahead of the start of the new season next month.90′ | SubstitutionIan Mutanda 🔄 Derrick Otanga@PostaRangersFC 0️⃣-3️⃣ @KCBFootball #POSKCB#Believe #LionHearted— KCB Football Club 😷 (@KCBFootball) November 29, 2020 “I have officially left KCB after my contract expired.
