Other Premier League clubs among Top 15 are Chelsea (5th, 101 billion), Liverpool (6th, 87 billion), Arsenal (9th, 82 billion), Tottenham (10th, 72 billion), Everton (12th 60 billion) and Leicester (15th 53 billion). 19:00 (2.75) LIBERIA (2.65) CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC (2.95)As reported recently by Sportsmail, the top Premier League clubs used the coronavirus pandemic to pull clear of their European rivals, at least in terms of transfer spending.
