Kawangware-based FKF Premier League side, Nairobi City Stars have parted ways with three players who were part of the team during the 2020/21 season.The three are veteran Wesley Onguso, Ugandan defender Yusuf Mukisa Lubowa and former AFC Leopards winger Aziz Okaka. Onguso joined City Stars in mid-2019 while Aziz was acquired in January 2020. Lubowa who has barely featured for Simba was Nairobi was signed in September 2020.Club CEO Patrick Korir thanked the trio for their service to club and wished them for the future.“We thank Onguso, Aziz and Lubowa for the services rendered to the Nairobi City Stars for their commitment to the club in the ended year that had great challenges of its own. He added that he enjoyed his time at the club.“It has been a superb two seasons that have been with the family of Nairobi city Stars, sometimes it’s not easy to say goodbye to my teammates who are part of my family. But since it’s the end of my contract, we’re parting ways as a family where a father gives a son a leeway to start his family.
