Gor Mahia are not yet off the hook on matters transfer embargo after Dickson Ambundo, through his lawyer Elvis Majani, insisted on the full settlement before they can write to FIFA to confirm that the issue has been settled.Gor Mahia, through their sporting directing Lordvic Aduda told Citizen Digital that they had settled their arrears with Dickson Ambundo and Shafik Batambuze and were only waiting for the parties involved to confirm receipt of the money, with Batambuze already having done so.Majani acknowledged that they had received payment meant for Ambundo but it was not the full amount owed to the player, and thus would only write to FIFA after the balance was cleared plus a 5% interest.”Gor Mahia has only paid Ksh1 Million and Dickson Ambundo insists he wants full settlement. The balance is Ksh200,000 plus 5% interest. We are forwarding the same communication to FIFA today(Monday). As for Ambundo, we have paid him through his Nairobi-based lawyer and we expect him to respond today confirming receipt. Pollack’s case is sealed. We are done with him and FIFA is in the picture.
