Homeboyz continue transfer spree by signing two youngsters

A day after confirming the signing of five players, Kakamega Homeboyz have bolstered their squad by bringing in Noel Buleti and Enock Masinza straight from High School.On Monday, Homeboyz announced the signing of Erick Ambunya who rejoined the club from champions Tusker FC, Yema Mwana who was roped in after being dropped by Bandari.Former Western Stima forward Michael Karamor is also a new addition to the Homeboyz squad with Sunday Mutuku also returning from Sidama Coffee in Ethiopia.Homeboyz can confirm the acquisition of the following players:Erick Ambunya ( returning from Tusker FC )Yema Mwana ( from Bandari )Michael Karamor ( From Western Stima )Sunday Mutuku ( from Sidama Coffee in Ethiopia )Elix Onyun Otieno ( from Shabana )#AbanaBeingo pic.twitter.com/9N6t7TKPfR— Kakamega Homeboyz FC (@FcHomeboyz) September 13, 2021 Elix Onyun Otieno also joined from Shabana FC with Gaetan Masha in talks to join the club after having a spectacular season at Nzoia Sugar.Speaking to Mozzart Sport, Homeboyz Team Manager Boniface Imbenzi revealed that they have signed two youngsters who play at full-back. “We have some players in pre-season and we are in talks to finalize the deal, we have youngsters who will soon join the club, Noel Buleti and Enock Masinza from Township High School,”“With the signings that we have made, I’m confident that we can compete in the league. Alan Wanga retired and we had to replace and I feel Mwana and Michael will do it,”“The two strikers we hope will do us good, right now we are having pre-season so that at least the new players can gel ahead of the new season,” added Imbenzi.
