Arkansas Tech, the defending national champion in Division II golf, moved to the top spot in the Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches Poll. The Wonder Boys received six first-place votes.
Previous No. 1 West Florida received more first-place votes with seven, but finished two points back of Arkansas Tech to rank second. Lynn moved up one stop to third. No. 4 Barry tallied the remaining first-place vote. Georgia Southwestern was fifth and followed by Lincoln Memorial, Lee, South Carolina Aiken, and Central Missouri. Saint Leo moved up one place to crack the top 10.
Erskine (17), West Georgia (T-22), and Grand Valley State (25) made their debuts in the ranking. Clayton State, CSU Pueblo, Lander, and Valdosta State dropped from the poll.
