The U.S. has the home-field advantage this week at Whistling Straits and thus will enjoy a significant boost from the fans.
The 43rd Ryder Cup, had it been played a year ago, would have been contested without any fans at all, so having spectators on the grounds will be greatly welcomed. After all, it’s not really a Ryder Cup without the fans, right?
You can be sure there will be a solid representation of the red, white and blue at the Straits Course. But keep an eye out for fans of the defending champion Euro squad.
