Tyson Otieno has joined Waito FC ahead of the 2021/22 FKFPL season start after being linked with a couple of teams in the ongoing transfer on a long-term deal, the club has confirmed.Moving to Wazito will see the midfielder rejoin with his former coach at Mathare United Francis Kimanzi where he will don jersey number 17. Tyso, as he is fondly referred to, was instrumental in spearheading Mathare United’s survival last season, with his long stay with the club helping him push his teammates for survival.Upon completing the move, the skilled midfielder acknowledged that having worked with coach Kimanzi before made it easy for him to make the decision to join the team.”I am excited to join Wazito FC because it’s a big, ambitious team.
