Nairobi City Stars Head Coach Nicholas Muyoti says they will work on the mistakes that they made against Sofapaka in the league opener before their next assignment in just over two weeks.City Stars made a false start after they went down 3-1 to a depleted Sofapaka side in Wundayi on Sunday. Joe Waithira, Lawrence Juma and Alex Imbusia were on target for Batoto ba Mungu while Timothy Ouma got the consolation for Muyoti’s troops.The match was coach Muyoti’s first since he joined the club a few weeks ago from Kakamega Homeboyz and he admitted that his team started poorly. He however added that it was an eye-opener for him as he picked mistakes that they will have to work on before their next assignment against newbies, Kenya Police FC in Nairobi.“Bad start, but a very good eye-opener. We have time to work on our mistakes before our next match. It’s a good feeling to have scored even though the team did not win the game. That was just the opening goal and I believe there are many more to come this season,” he said.Muyoti will be hoping to get his first win of the campaign against the law enforcers who equally lost their first game of the season to Kakamega Homeboyz at Bukhungu.
