CECAFA region Champions Vihiga Queens will start their quest for continental glory at the inaugural Confederation of African Football (CAF) Women’s Champions League with a clash against Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday 6 November from 3 PM EAT. This will be Group B’s opener, with Group A matches kicking off the tournament a day earlier.
