Kisumu AllStars have begun preparations for their National Super League (NSL) campaign by signing seven new players to help in the quest to return to the top league. The Salim Babu led club narrowly missed out on promotion last season after faltering in the later stages of the season, an occurence they hope to avoid this time. Coach Babu believes he will have a more competitive squad next season and has begun rebuilding in readiness for the new campaign that starts in a month’s time.“We have lost around seven players to other teams and we have to replace them well because I want to have a great team. We want to do better than we did last season and we are focusing on building well before the league resumes,” he stated.#OtengaCc @TransferMarktEA pic.twitter.com/3HqtyTjmKJ— Kisumu AllStars FC (@KisumuAllstars) September 3, 2021 Among the new players at the club is widely-traveled Anthony ‘Balotieno’ Nyangor who has previously played for Chemelil Sugar, Muhoroni Youth, Nakuru All-Stars and Gor Mahia.
