I am frustrated that I didn’t achieve my goals in the Kenyan league as envisaged by the time I jetted in. I would have wished to continue plying my trade here but sadly I have to leave as I haven’t found a new club, ” he said.Chinonso found his way into the Kenyan football in January last year when the 2009 league champions Sofapaka signed him Lagos Atletico FC.Despite marking his start of life at Sofapaka with a brace against Gor Mahia in a league fixture staged at Narok Stadium, his goal-scoring instincts dwindled, and was pushed out of the club last season.Sofapaka 3:1 Gor MahiaPromise Chinonso is our man of the match against Gor Mahia. @betikaKe @TheOfficialKPL #BatotoBaMungu pic.twitter.com/WOxoWV1yUW— Sofapaka FC (@FC_Sofapaka) February 11, 2020 He was joined on the exit door by his compatriot Michael Karamor who all joined Stima.
