It was a major injury and he had to be operated on. He will be out for about four to six months,” Mandi stated. His injury leaves Coach Francis Kimanzi with only two keepers to choose from and this means that they could head back to the transfer market to look for Oduor’s cover. Only Bixente Otieno and Zamu Adisa are available for selection.Bixente made his first start of the season on Thursday against Nairobi City Stars where he was largely impressive especially in the first half keeping his team in the game before they eventually went down 3-1 late on in the game. Next for Wazito is a match against Kariobangi Sharks on Sunday afternoon at the Kasarani Annex.
