Police head coach tips team to exceed expectations

Kenya Police head coach John Bobby Ogolla has reckoned that his newly-promoted side will deliver the goods way over and above expectations as the 2021/2022 Football Kenya Federation Premier League campaign gradually progresses.Having returned to the top flight after decades of absence, the newbies had a poor start to life in the top flight as they lost their first two games without even managing to find the back of the net in both matches. However, the ambitious newbies, who made the galactic signings of seasoned veterans such as wing wizard Clifton Miheso, John Mark Makwatta, Duncan Otieno and former Gor Mahia skipper Musa Mohammed, managed to turn a new leaf as they registered their maiden top-flight win in an emphatic 3-1 win over Nzoia Sugar spearheaded by the experienced players.##NAJAVA_MECA_5920492##Following the win, the former Gor Mahia legend who has been tasked with ensuring the team keeps its place in the top flight at a first time of asking has backed his side to get even better through the season.“I was so happy when we got our first win of the season against Nzoia. We would have scored more goals than we did but that is football. What I know is that this is just the beginning, there is still a lot more to come from the team,” the head coach told Mozzart Sport. The administrators will however have to power up their batteries in readiness for their next fixture which will be up against last season runners up KCB on Saturday at Utalii Grounds. The Bankers are fresh from claiming their first three points of the season and will obviously want to continue their streak against the newly-promoted side who are considered the underdogs in the match.
