K’Ogalo had an easier route to the Playoffs after beating Sudanese side Al Ahly Merowe 3-1 in the first leg with the club failing to turn up for their return clash handing Gor Mahia a ticket to the final qualification round.Tusker were however relegated from the CAF Champions League following a 5-0 aggregate evisceration at the hands of Egyptian champions Zamalek SC after getting past Djiboutian outfit Arta Solar 7 in the First Preliminary Round.
