Police chairman outlines why top players find team attractive

Kenya Police FC Chairman Nyale Munga has discussed the reason Kenya Police FC has attracted big names in the current transfer window including current Kenyan internationals.Police have so far brought in among others Clifton Miheso, Duncan Otieno, Musa Mohammed, and John Mark Makwatta to beef up their side with more experience. They were also on the verge of signing Harun Shakava from Gor Mahia but the deal did not go through as expected, with Gor Mahia managing to convince the player to stay within their ranks.Touch base…!!!This was so humiliating by Captain Soita. ‘Ndovu’ mwenyewe.@NPSOfficial_KE @Officialfkfpl @Hassanjumaa @MelodySinzore1 @XMmbwanga pic.twitter.com/RUr2EFEiGY— KENYA POLICE FC (@kenyapolicefc) October 23, 2021 The chairman noted that the reason it has been seamless for them to bring in top players from across has been the fact that they have made sure to put the welfare of the players first before anyone else.”Kenya Police FC is all about management. The welfare of the player is given first priority. When you join us as a player you are given the first priority. We take you as more important than the Chairman, than the Team Manager, and than the coach. The player and his welfare is the most important thing,” Munga said.Kenya Police FC arresting every player 🎯Clifton Miheso ✅John Makwatta✅Musa Mohammed✅Duncan Otieno✅Lawrence Juma ⏳Harun Shakava⌛#FKFPLTransfers #WalkWithSagini pic.twitter.com/Lmvu5vOAzt— JASON SAGINI🇰🇪(The Sports Archbishop) (@Jason_Sagini) October 19, 2021 He went ahead to send a message to other teams who might be thinking that they will have an easy time when they come up against Police FC, saying that they are in the Premier League to win it.”There is nowhere we will be beaten. We will take every trophy that comes our way. We cannot look back. We have come to the league to take anything that comes our way, the league, the cup, everything. We are always going for the wins,” he added.Police earned their spot in the top flight after dislodging Vihiga United in the relegation-promotion playoff, becoming only the second team to beat a Premier League team in the playoff to seal a premiership spot, the other team being Vihiga United.Kenya Police are currently 13th on the log with three points from three games after managing to record their first win this season in their most recent match as they beat Nzoia Sugar 2-1.
