World football governing body, FIFA is set to lift the transfer embargo it had slapped on AFC Leopards after the FKF Premier League side, reached a payment plan with their former players and coach who had reported the club to FIFA.Ingwe have been serving a transfer ban owing to monies they owed former coach Andre Cassa Mbungo and three players namely; Soter Kayuamba, Vincent Habamahoro, and Tressor Ndikumana.The club and the four have now settled on a payment plan that will see Leopards pay them over a period of time and FIFA is set to lift the ban to allow the badly depleted club to sign new playersMore to follow….
