Something she narrowed down to either a lack of requisite qualification or a lack of belief in themselves to be able to handle the big jobs that come with a lot of pressure and stick in equal measure if you do not churn out the required performances.“Coaches from the continent need to be more confident and assertive. 95% of CV’s submitted are from outside Africa.
