Vihiga Bullets finally managed to score goals in the FKF Premier League goal but they were not enough as a Yema Mwana brace helped Kakamega Homeboyz pick a precious win 3-2win over the newbies at Bukhungu Stadium and in the process maintained their perfect start to the new campaign.Heading into the game, the hosts’ Bullets were seeking their first top-flight win against their neighbors who have had a flying start to the new season, the team was also looking for its first top league goal having failed to score in the first four matches of the season. Five minutes later the hosts leveled the scores through Ugandan Rashid Kyambade, the goal was the first Homeboyz have conceded this campaign. The parity however lasted for just five minutes before Mwana got his second with a simple finish from another Odhiambo delivery. They took a 2-1 lead to the break.Bullets showed more fighting spirit after the interval as they went all out in search of the elusive leveler. They severally came close while at the other end Mwana and other Homeboyz remained a threat every time they went forward.Against the run of play, Bullets won a penalty in the 79th minute when Odhiambo who had contributed to his team’s two goals handled the ball inside the penalty area.
