Vihiga County has really stepped in to support these girls. This is a group of death as they say, but as a coach, I believe we are set. We have gotten the chance to look at the teams in our group, Mamelodi Sundowns, AS FAR, River Angels. Our confidence is high and we know that we are up to the task. The girls are ready,” Mango noted.Vihiga booked their spot after emerging winners in the CECAFA region qualifiers where they beat Ethiopia’s CBE 2-1 at Kasarani Stadium in September.Queens have been grouped in Pool B alongside Nigeria’s, Rivers Angels FC, South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns, and Asfar FC of Morocco.
