Gor Mahia creative midfielder Austin Odhiambo has tipped the club to reclaim the Football Kenya Federation Premier League title following their positive start of life in the season. Gor endured turbulent times on the pitch last season and subsequently, they surrendered the league crown to Tusker who held off stiff competition from Bandari in the final rounds to bag their 12th title.Despite coming short in the league title defence, Gor didn’t finish the season empty handed as they laid hands on the Cup after beating their sworn enemies AFC Leopards on post-match penalties.Odhiambo who made headlines after ditching the den for Gor said coach Mark Harrison had assembled a quality squad capable of muscling the trophy from Tusker’s hands.Gor contestant: We intend to sign Austin Odhiambo…Dan Shikanda: pic.twitter.com/QuZh37P6jC— Mbakaya khwa Milimu (@mbakayamilimu) July 21, 2020 Gor who are among the three unbeaten teams in the league this season have won four of their opening five rounds and shared spoils with Ulinzi Stars on Wednesday.“I am enjoying playing for the record Kenyan champions and under Harrison.
