Veteran coach Juma Abdallah has parted ways with the National Super League side, Fortune Sacco after the two parties failed to reach an agreement.Juma was in charge of the team during pre-season and oversaw trials and recruitment and signing of new players with the hope that he would be handed the coaching role at the club. This however did not happen and the tactician has now parted ways with the National Super League side who narrowly missed out on promotion to the top tier last season.“I can confirm that I have left Fortune Sacco. I was hoping that I would reach an agreement with the management but that was not possible because we differed on a few key issues. The team had good pre-season training, we recruited good players and I am very confident that with the current squad, the team will do well in the National Super League this season. I wish them all the best as they push to earn promotion to the top tier,” the immediate former Western Stima FC head coach told Mozzart Sport in an interview.National Super League ResultsVihiga United 1-1 Migori Youth FCZoo FC 1-1 Kisumu All-StarsFortune Sacco 1-0 Mwatate United.More matches to be played tomorrow#NSL— Ole Teya (@Kevin_teya) November 6, 2021 The widely traveled tactician disclosed that he could be set for a move to another club but remained tight-lipped over the prospective employer.“I am an experienced coach and definitely teams would want to benefit from my expertise and knowledge. Hopefully, by Tuesday there will be some feedback. I do not want to disclose the club at this stage because talks are at a very initial stage but all I can say is it is an exciting project and if all goes well then I will be returning to the dugout soon,” he added.Meanwhile, Fortune Sacco began their 2021/22 campaign with a 1-0 home win over Mwatate United on Saturday.
