How to get a job at your favourite club? Print out your résumé on a huge flag and take it to the game

We’ve got a cool story coming from Lens in France. Business school graduate Jean Guichard came up with a great idea of how to apply for a job at his favourite club RC Lens. As most people do, he printed out his résumé. But his resume was a bit easier to spot because he printed it out in form of a huge banner which he brought to the stands for Lens’ Ligue 1 win over Troyes. What a fantastic idea!Lens fan and recent graduate Jean Guichard dreams of working for his boyhood club, and in Lens’ recent 4-0 win against Troyes, he printed out his CV onto a giant flag and waved it around during the game.pic.twitter.com/2Uc5k2qwHa— Zach Lowy (@ZachLowy) November 10, 2021 Jean is seeking an internship following the end of his business studies and he decided that working for his beloved Sang et Or (Blood and Gold, RC Lens’ colours) would be a great fit. And he made sure that he was spotted. Not only that his giant CV instantly drew the attention of fellow supporters, but his expertly designed and shared video quickly went viral and gave him plenty of much-needed exposure.”Here is my resume!” (©Instagram/sang.et.or)”I am starting my professional life and I am looking for a first job in the world of sport and human resources. It can start with an end-of-studies internship if there is a club, a federation, a league or an equipment manufacturer that wishes to include me in their team – I am listening to each of your proposals. However, you should know that my heart beats Blood and Gold! Come on, Lens!”We wish Jean a successful career. His creativity certainly warrants one!
