BREAKING: Ringera suspends football leagues as FKF Caretaker Committee settles for work

The Football Kenya Federation Caretaker Committee led by retired judge Aaron Ringera has on Friday 12 November suspended all major leagues in the country for a period of two weeks after taking over the governance of football in the country from the Football Kenya Federation (FKF).In a press statement, the committee announces the suspension of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL), National Super League (NSL), Divison One, Women’s Premier League and the Women’s Division One.Confirmation of the suspension of all Kenyan football leagues.#KEFootball pic.twitter.com/AHp2Q0lTfO— Ole Teya (@Kevin_teya) November 12, 2021 “Following a meeting of the Football Kenya Federation Caretaker Committee this (Friday) morning, it has been unanimously decided to suspend the leagues for a period of two weeks starting today the 12th of November 2021,”“This decision has been reached to ensure regularisation of the league activities across the country.
