Court orders State to prosecute FKF boss Nick Mwendwa or close case

Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Wandia Nyamu has declined the request by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to detain the FKF President Nick Mwendwa for 14 days, and has instead instructed the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) to make a formal charge within seven days or else the case will be closed.The embattled FKF boss was freed on bail on Monday having spent the weekend behind bars following his arrest last Friday.
