Kenya National Amputee Football Team has received a timely boost ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations for amputee football that will kick off next week in Dar Salaam, Tanzania with donations from former Kenyan international Musa Otieno.The team confirmed that the former Harambee Stars captain donated training kits and soccer boots to the team that is scheduled to do duty in Tanzania starting next week.”Former Kenya international skipper Musa Otieno Ongao today donated training kit and soccer boots to our Kenya national amputee football team that is currently training at the Nyayo national stadium in preparation for the African cup of nations for amputee football that will kick off next week in Dar Salaam, Tanzania. Mungu awabariki,” the team posted on their social media page.The team is expected to jet out of the country on Tuesday next week in time for their first group match on Saturday and boasts of experienced players with some of them plying their trade in Europe.Kenya is pooled in Group B alongside Angola, Rwanda, and Zanzibar and kick off their campaign against the Cecafa champions Rwanda on November 27 starting at 2 PM EAT at Mkapa Stadium.
