Kenyan International wins prestigious awards in Ireland

Ireland based Harambee Stars prospect Wilson Waweru has been named Galway United’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the 2021 seaason.Statistics show that the Ireland born forward finished the season as the club’s second highest scorer with eight goals, one shy of Ruairi Keating’s tally.Waweru, who had expressed desire to hit double digits before the season began, had also been named the Fans Player of the Year earlier in the week.
