Long serving KCB midfielder salivating for double glory

Long serving KCB creative midfielder Samuel Mwangi has laid bare his dream of guiding the club to an historic double this season. The bankers have never won a major title since their since but have come close in the past, precisely last season where they finished as runner up in the league and made to the quarter final of the Cup in 2019.Mwangi who is in his eighth season at the club conceded that the pressure to toast a trophy was peaking and a double would be a perfect reward to the management for the sound investment in the team. The soft spoken midfielder said he was envious of the success their fiercest rivals have had in the two major competitions that guarantees the winners a place in continental football and vowed to inspire his side to the podium.⚫ 14′ Goal for KCB FC Samuel Mwangi the goal scorer Vihiga United 0 KCB FC 1#VihigaVsKCB#FKFPL pic.twitter.com/7FtBBzloEx— FKF Premier League (@Officialfkfpl) August 13, 2021 ” I feel we are ripe to win a double this season and proceed to make our debut in continental football .
