The state has close embattled FKF President Nick Mwendwa’s file and ordered that he be refunded the Ksh. 4 million bail that he had deposited last week.This means that orders issued by Milimani Chief Magistrate Court Wandia Nyamu on 15th November have been vacated. He was then arraigned in court last week with DCI seeking orders to detain him for a further two weeks as they probe the allegations that came out of an audit carried out by the sports registrar.More to follow………
