Kariobangi Sharks centre-back Tom Teka is delighted to have rediscovered his form ahead of the much-awaited resumption of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League. Teka revealed that he missed the six rounds played before the league was halted two weeks ago due to lack of match fitness but pointed out that the break gave him uninterrupted time to shrug off the rustiness. The former national U20 defender watched the matches from the substitutes technical bench as coach William Muluya preferred to pair the experienced duo of Geoffrey Shiveka and Samuel Olwande at the heart of the defence with Boniface Onyango also featuring in some of the matches before he picked a knee injury. We are pleased to announce that we have signed Nickson Omondi from Police F.C. and Tom Teka from Nzoia Sugar F.C.
