Tusker FC defender Kalos Kirenge believes that his team is ready for Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup first-leg tie against CS Sfaxien of Tunisia that will be staged at the Nyayo National Stadium.The Brewers will host the Tunisian giants for the first leg tie, with the second leg set to be played in Tunis in a week’s time. With the league suspended, the Robert Matano led team has been training at their Ruaraka backyard and playing friendly games against lower-tier teams.Speaking ahead of the match, Kirenge who recently returned from an injury setback said his team has prepared well and that they are ready for the game. He however admits that Sfaxien is more experienced in the continental stage.“We have learned our lessons from the past losses and the biggest of them all is that we have to fight till the last minute. We are playing against a big team with experience but we are determined to go in and do our best. We target to get to the group stages,” adds the defender.The match will kick-off at 3 PM.
