The head of Football Kenya Federation Caretaker Committee’s technical department John Bobby Ogolla intends to swell the number of trained and certified caches in the country before their mandate expires.Bobby who doubles up as the Kenya Police FC boss was picked to head the department that is tasked in imparting knowledge to both aspiring and seasoned coaches.With the previous regime that was sent packing by the Cabinet Secretary for Sports Amina Mohamed having punched above its weight in regards to training coaches, Bobby said he was aiming at picking from where his counterparts left and increase the pool of certified gaffer by having regular coaching courses. If we have many coaches who are well equipped, our football will certainly grow as it is the tacticians who spot talents at the grassroots level and groom them. It is my plan to add more to the existing number of coaches, ” he said.
