The stylish attacking midfielder decided to end his stay with Gor and walked to Chamazi Complex as a free agent after opting out of what was the remainder of his contract with the record league champions.Despite making some high-profile signings before the start of the 2021/22 Tanzanian Premier League campaign, Azam started the season badly, they also got bundled out of the CAF Confederation Cup. This resulted in the sacking of Zambian coach George Lwandamina, the ice-cream makers are yet to name his successor.Next for Muguna and Azam is a tough away trip to Dar where they will play reigning league champions Simba Sports Club on 1st January 2022.
