Kenyan coach Patrick Odhiambo has left cash-strapped Tanzanian Premier League side, Biashara United for rivals Tanzania Prisons FC.Odhiambo, who has been missing from United’s dugout in recent weeks was earlier rumored to be heading to newbies Geita Gold FC but Prisons have now won his signature and have announced his arrival through a post on social media. Odhiambo is likely to be joined by Marwa Chamberi as his assistant, the pair worked together at United.“New Coach. He joined Biashara in May 2021 after resigning from his position as Kakamega Homeboyz assistant coach. He helped United qualify for the CAF Confederation Cup for the first time ever where they, unfortunately, exited in the preliminary phase.New Coach. Former Kariobangi Sharks midfielder Saphan Oyugi who joined the team late last year has also left the club after terminating his contract; he has been linked with a move to Tusker FC.Odhiambo’s new employer is currently 11th in log with 11 points after 11 rounds of league matches. Next for them is a match against KMC on 16th January away from home.
