Kipkirui ruled out for at least two more weeks

Nairobi City Stars have been dealt a hammer blow in their playing unit as winger Nicholas Kipkirui is set to face a spell on the sidelines owing to an injury suffered in a recent match.According to head coach Nicholas Muyoti, the former Gor Mahia marksman picked up an ankle injury in the team’s 0-1 loss against AFC Leopards in the team’s first outing of the New Year 2022.Akida returns as Harambee Starlets name provisional squad to face UgandaAfter missing four games against FC Talanta, reigning champions Tusker and back to back clashes with current log leaders Kakamega Homeboyz, Muyoti revealed that the former Zoo FC player is set to serve around two more weeks before getting back on the pitch.“Kipkirui picked up a nasty ankle injury in our game against AFC Leopards which has ruled him out of action since January.
