The Ulinzi Stars hierarchy has reinstalled the title-winning tactician Benjamin Nyangweso back to the head coach position after the experienced trainer returned from military duties.Ulinzi had to rely on their former captain Stephen Ocholla in the first leg of the season after Nyangweso was redeployed but the latter will take charge again going forward. The four-time Kenyan champions promoted the youthful Ocholla who hung up his boots back in 2017 to the rank of assistant coach last season perhaps in preparation for Nyangweso’s exit for military work.🚨 He’s back!💪✅ The wise man from Kakamega County, Malava pale Lukume Coach Benjamin Nyangweso is back and resumes his position as the Head coach after being away on Military duties.✅ Karibu nyumbani ‘Coaches’, Ulinzi Stars is happy to have you back#WeSoldierOn#GBUS pic.twitter.com/F5vnsuDoHF— Ulinzi Stars FC (@UlinziStarsFC) February 1, 2022 “The wise man from Kakamega County, Malava pale Lukume Coach Benjamin Nyangweso is back and resumes his position as the head coach after being away on military duties,” read a post on the club’s social media handles. The return of the seasoned gaffer comes at a time when the soldiers have been firing blanks as they are hovering just a place above the red line.Ulinzi kicked off the season on a positive note and appeared to have well-oiled guns honed all round to shoot down opponents throughout the season and eventually muscle the title from the hands of Tusker but have since lost the plot. The club that recruited a number of outstanding players including Kevin Ouma who was captured from Posta Rangers have won four matches from the fourteen rounds played, drawn six and lost four.🗣 “There is nothing impossible when you put God first, put in the necessary effort and more, and give your all when you have the chance.
