Two Gor Mahia fans and one club steward are in critical condition after a brutal clash ensued at the gates of Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani where the record Kenyan champions played host to Vihiga Bullets on Sunday afternoon.According to information gathered by Mozzart Sport, one fan had jumped over the gates without paying the requisite entry charge of 200 shillings. The two fans have serious cuts to the face and to the hand. Both have been rushed to Neema hospital but Lawi will need to be transferred to another facility for the CT scan,” a paredlmedic at Urban Safety who had been contracted for the medical services in the game said.In the second half, Vihiga Bullets failed to turn up for the game citing their safety as the course forcing the fourth official to call off the game.”We are now calling off the game because of what happened. We could not make that mistake again especially after what happened. Even if we were ahead, we would have done the same thing,” the coach said.After the decision to call off the game, Vihiga Bullets had to be escorted out of the game by four police vehicles as the K’Ogalo fans bayed to poounce on them.
